What's the minimum order quantity?
For finished leashes: 300 units per SKU. For bulk nylon webbing: 500m per color. For custom hardware: 1,000pcs. Flexible on pilot runs for serious long-term partners.
Are you a trading company or the actual factory?
We are the factory. Djedje Pet Mfg. Co., Ltd. owns and operates our 12,000 m² facility. No intermediaries. Welcome to verify via live video tour or on-site audit.
What are your standard payment terms?
New clients: 30% T/T deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. Established relationships: Net 30 negotiable. We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Which Incoterms do you support?
EXW, FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF, and DDP. We can also arrange LCL for smaller POs under 5CBM. For DDP, we handle customs clearance in EU, US, UK, AU, and CA.
Can you sign an NDA and quality agreement?
Yes. We routinely sign NDAs, quality agreements, code of conduct, and brand-specific compliance documents. We can also accommodate customer-supplied tooling and components.
How do you handle quality issues?
AQL 2.5 inspection on every shipment. If defects exceed threshold, we cover full cost of replacement production and shipping. Retained samples kept for 24 months per batch. Current dispute rate: below 0.3%.
What certifications do you hold?
ISO 9001:2015, BSCI, OEKO-TEX 100, REACH. We can also support FDA-grade material selection. For new certifications (CE, CPSIA), we work with your nominated testing lab.
